Our store policies are clearly posted at both of our business locations:

• No refunds on special order items

• No refunds on labor once work is performed

• All sales final on custom hardware

These policies were explained to you when you first engaged our services.

The Pentium II system was a special order item. Under our policies, no refund is available.
